The short version: We provide AI automation training and implementation services. You agree to pay for services rendered, provide necessary information, and use the deliverables responsibly. We deliver quality work but can't guarantee specific business outcomes.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Claudable website ("Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
"Claudable", "we", "our", or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" or "client" refers to users of our website and purchasers of our services.
2. Services We Provide
Claudable offers:
- Training & Enablement (Tier 1): Self-paced courses and learning materials to teach you how to use Claude for automation, with 60-day email support
- Full Implementation (Tier 2): Workflow audits, custom automation builds, documentation, training sessions, and support
Specific deliverables for each engagement are outlined in the Scope of Work provided before purchase.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation
- Services begin upon receipt of payment and agreement to Scope of Work
- Payment is due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer or Stripe. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is displayed on our website but may change. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Training (Tier 1)
- Digital course access is non-refundable once provided
- Support is provided for 60 days from purchase date
4.2 Implementation (Tier 2)
- No refunds after the discovery call has taken place
- If you cancel before the discovery call, a full refund will be issued
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the unused portion
Note: We invest significant time in discovery and planning. Our no-refund policy after discovery reflects this investment and encourages commitment from both parties.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Complete questionnaires and provide materials within agreed timeframes
- Attend scheduled calls and training sessions
- Create and maintain a Claude account (we can assist with setup)
- Respond to requests for information within 48 hours
- Provide example documents or data needed for building automations
Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may impact delivery timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by lack of client cooperation.
6. Deliverables and Ownership
6.1 What You Own
Upon full payment, you own:
- Custom prompt templates and instructions we create for you
- Documentation (SOPs, quick reference cards) specific to your workflows
- Training recordings from your sessions
- All outputs generated using the automations we build
6.2 What We Retain
We retain the right to:
- Use general knowledge and techniques in future work
- Create similar automations for other clients (not your specific content)
- Reference the engagement anonymously for case studies (with permission for named references)
6.3 Third-Party Tools
Our automations use Claude (by Anthropic). Your use of Claude is subject to Anthropic's terms of service. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude subscription after any included period expires.
7. Claude Pro Subscription
Where included in your package:
- We will cover the cost of Claude Pro for the stated period (typically 6 months)
- This covers one user account
- You are responsible for subscription costs after the included period
- We are not liable if Anthropic changes Claude Pro pricing or features
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 What We Warrant
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
- Automations will function as demonstrated at handover
- We will provide the deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work
8.2 What We Don't Warrant
We do not warrant or guarantee:
- Specific time savings, ROI, or business outcomes
- That Claude AI will always produce perfect outputs
- Compatibility with future versions of Claude or other tools
- That automations will work if workflows change significantly
AI Output Disclaimer: Claude is an AI assistant. Its outputs should be reviewed before use in any professional context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before using it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, business, or data
- We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content that you approve and use
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Support Period
Implementation packages include a support period (typically 60 days) that covers:
- Email support for issues with delivered automations
- Minor adjustments to prompts and instructions
- Troubleshooting assistance
Support does not include:
- Building new automations
- Major changes to scope
- Training additional team members
- Support after the stated period ends
Additional support can be purchased separately.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential:
- Business processes and workflows shared during discovery
- Client data and documents used for testing
- Custom prompts and instructions created
- Pricing and commercial terms
This does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
12. Website Use
12.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website for:
- Learning about our services
- Booking discovery calls
- Accessing purchased course materials
- Downloading free resources
12.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or sell our content without permission
- Use automated tools to scrape the website
- Attempt to access restricted areas
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Claudable website (text, graphics, logos, course materials) is owned by Claudable and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Course materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
14. Changes to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services at any time
- Update these terms (changes apply to future purchases)
- Change pricing (existing agreements are honoured)
Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any Scope of Work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Claudable. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
