Real workflows from clinics in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Halifax. Real time savings. All achievable in the first week.

Patient communications

Staff training materials

Before3 hrs per module → After45 min

Create onboarding guides, continuing professional development materials, and procedure walkthroughs from your clinical expertise and notes.

Report writing and audits

Before2 hrs → After30 min

Clinical audit reports, governance summaries, Accreditation Canada preparation, and quality improvement documentation — structured and professional from your data.

We work with practice managers, clinic administrators, healthcare consultants, and operational leads across family health teams, community clinics, dental practices, physiotherapy, veterinary practices, and allied health organizations — both in publicly funded settings (OHIP, MSP, RAMQ, AHCIP and other provincial plans) and in private clinics.

Example Prompt

Patient information letter prompt

Copy, adapt, and use immediately. This is the kind of prompt you'll build in your first session with Claudable's course.

Draft a patient information letter about: Topic: [procedure/treatment/service change] Key information the patient needs: [list] Any preparation required: [list or 'none'] Next steps for the patient: [list] Contact details for questions: [phone/email] Tone: warm, reassuring, clear. Avoid jargon — write for a general audience. Reading level: accessible to all adults. Maximum 250 words. Include a clear subject line.

The Claudable course includes ready-to-use prompt templates for every use case above, with guidance on how to adapt them for your specific workflows.

FAQ

Common questions from Canadian healthcare providers

Is it safe to use AI with patient-related information?

On the paid Cowork plan, Anthropic does not train on your conversations. However, we strongly recommend never pasting identifiable patient data into any AI tool. PHIPA in Ontario and the equivalent provincial privacy laws (BC's PIPA, Alberta's HIA, Quebec's Act respecting health and social services, and others) — along with PIPEDA federally — are strict about personal health information, and provincial variation is significant. Use anonymized references, remove names, provincial health card numbers (OHIP, MSP, RAMQ, AHCIP, and so on) and other identifiers, and focus Claude on drafting templates and general communications rather than individual patient records.

Can Claude help with regulated healthcare documentation?

Claude can draft policy documents, patient information materials, and administrative content. All clinical and regulated documentation must be reviewed and approved by an appropriately qualified professional in line with your provincial college (CPSO in Ontario, CPSBC in BC, CPSA in Alberta, CMQ in Quebec, and others), Accreditation Canada standards, and Health Canada requirements for drugs and medical devices where relevant. Claude accelerates the drafting — your clinical team ensures the accuracy.

Is this relevant for non-clinical healthcare staff?

Absolutely. Practice managers, receptionists, and admin teams often see the largest time savings — patient communications, appointment management, reporting, and policy documentation are all high-volume, repetitive writing tasks that Claude handles efficiently.

How does Claudable training work for healthcare teams?

Our self-paced course covers all core use cases with prompts adaptable to healthcare workflows. Individual access is C$219, team access (up to 5) is C$499. Our implementation service builds practice-specific templates and workflows from C$2,900.
