Can Claude screen large volumes of CVs quickly?
Yes. Claude can process one CV at a time in detail, or you can paste multiple CVs in a single session for comparison. For high-volume roles, teams typically develop a standard screening prompt and run candidates through it systematically, dramatically reducing screening time.
Will job descriptions written by Claude be generic?
Not with specific prompting. When you provide the role details, company culture, key requirements, and the type of candidate you're targeting, Claude produces tailored, compelling JDs. The more context you give, the more differentiated the output.
How do we handle candidate data and GDPR?
On the paid Claude Cowork plan, Anthropic does not train on your conversations. For CV processing, we recommend using candidate references rather than names where possible, and ensuring your agency's data processing policy covers the use of AI tools in your screening process.
